Q.
How long do your balloons last?
We use high quality, professional grade balloons for all of our setups, and balloons to-go. If properly cared for and placed indoors, our balloons last anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Balloons used outdoors or outdoors setups, will last approximately 1 week. Oxidation will usually occur right if in a hot car or in humidity, which is the process where balloons become a matte color due to losing gloss because of heat.

how much time before my event do I need to book services?
For larger events, or full event styling we typically request at least 2 months prior to your event, or even before (It’s never too early to book us!) But if we have the date open and are able to, we can accommodate events even a few weeks prior. (Rush fees may apply) Balloons to-go orders can be placed even a few days or 24 hours before your event.

Do you just provide balloon services?
We have so many services available, we’re your one-stop shop for anything party! From florals, to rentals, and full event styling, we event create custom wood builds.
Q.
are your balloons biodegradable?
Yes! We use highest quality, bio-degradable balloons for all of our installs. And as long as properly discarded, our balloons are safe!
Q.
Do you come back and remove the design at the end of the event?
For Backdrops with balloons, a take down fee is typically included in our pricing and we are required to take down the design. For balloon only installs, the client is required to take down the install. A take down fee can be applied if you wish for Elysian Events to go back and remove the installation as well at the time of booking.
